2. principles of data processing
The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
3. hosting
Our website is hosted by world4you Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 35, 4020 Linz, Austria. Every time you access our website, data is automatically recorded in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are in particular
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the page accessed
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser type and version and operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The server log files are automatically deleted after 14 days. Data processing takes place on servers in Austria.
4. contact form and booking requests
We offer a contact form for booking inquiries on our artist pages. If you use this form, the following data will be processed:
- Name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional)
- Company and position
- Event details: date, location, type of event, number of guests, budget framework
- Desired artist and alternative artist
- Your message (optional)
This data is processed for the purpose of processing your booking request and preparing an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the processing of business inquiries).
Your data will be sent to our secretariat by e-mail. You will receive a copy of your request by e-mail. The data will be stored for the duration of the processing of your inquiry and for any follow-up inquiries.
5th Newsletter
If you send us a booking request via the contact form, we may use your email address to send you information about our range of artists at appropriate intervals that may be relevant to your event planning (e.g. information about available artists, seasonal offers for company parties or Christmas parties). This is only done with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 174 TKG 2021.
We use the Mailchimp service provided by Intuit Inc, 2700 Coast Ave, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to send our newsletter. Mailchimp is a service that can be used to organize and analyse the sending of newsletters. Your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name are stored on Mailchimp's servers in the USA.
Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR) and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Mailchimp is certified under the Data Privacy Framework.
Mailchimp enables us to analyze the usage behavior of newsletter recipients. This allows us to analyze whether a newsletter has been opened and which links have been clicked on. We use this information exclusively to optimize our newsletter content.
You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time. There is an unsubscribe link in every newsletter. Alternatively, you can send your revocation to office@entertainmentagency.at. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to that point. After revocation, your e-mail address will be deleted from the mailing list.
6. cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. Some cookies are technically necessary for the operation of the website (e.g. session cookies), others are used for analysis or marketing purposes.
Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and § 165 para. 3 TKG 2021. All other cookies (analysis, marketing) are only set with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 165 para. 1 TKG 2021. You can give your consent via our cookie banner on your first visit and revoke it at any time.
7. google analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyze how users use the site.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that your IP address is truncated within the EU/EEA before it is transmitted to Google. The use is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

8. google tag manager
We use the Google Tag Manager of Google Ireland Limited. The Google Tag Manager itself does not set any cookies and does not collect any personal data. It serves as an administration tool that is used to control other tags (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Data processing by the services integrated via the Tag Manager is carried out in accordance with the respective sections of this privacy policy.
9. meta (Facebook) pixel
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland on our website. The Meta Pixel enables us to track the behavior of users who have reached our website via a Facebook or Instagram ad.
The data collected by the pixel is processed by Meta and can be linked to your Facebook or Instagram profile. The use is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

10th Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect our contact forms from abusive automated use (spam), we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service from Cloudflare Inc, 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Turnstile analyzes the behavior of website visitors based on various characteristics in order to differentiate between human users and automated access. Technical data such as IP address, browser type and interaction data can be transmitted to Cloudflare.
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our website from spam and misuse in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses. Further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
11. YouTube embeddings
On some pages we embed videos from YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited. We use YouTube in extended data protection mode. According to YouTube, no cookies are set in this mode and no information about visitors is stored unless they play the video.
When you play a video, YouTube may set cookies and collect data about your usage behavior. The legal basis for embedding is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the appealing presentation of our artists). Processing after playing a video is based on your consent. 12. social media plugins
Our website contains links to our profiles on social networks (e.g. Instagram, TikTok). Data is only exchanged with these networks if you actively click on one of these links and are redirected to the respective platform.
Data processing by the respective social networks after the click is subject to their own data protection regulations.
13 Your rights
You have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Information (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed and request information about this data.
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to request the correction of incorrect data or the completion of incomplete data.
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request the deletion of your personal data if the requirements for this are met.
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): In certain cases, you can request the restriction of the processing of your data.
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time, provided that the processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
- Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR): You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal.
